Hilton Launches New Global Marketing Campaign “To New Memories”



As the world begins to dream of travel again, Hilton is launching a new global marketing campaign, “To New Memories”. The heartwarming creation is based on research insights that show consumers crave reconnection with family and friends and are inspired by memories of travel. Hilton designed the campaign to inspire consumers to plan their next trip to create new memories.

“Towards New Memories” was launched in Malaysia, the Philippines and Sri Lanka on Monday, February 14, 2022.

In Sri Lanka, “To New Memories” encompasses digital and social content designed to encourage travelers to embrace new expectations and experience new moments with Hilton.

Hilton has been a trusted leader in the hospitality industry during the global crisis. The company launched new programs and adopted new protocols in response to support consumers around the world and put them at ease with Hilton as their first choice for creating new memories. These include:

  • Hilton CleanStay: The Hilton CleanStay program is an industry-leading standard for hotel cleanliness and sanitization, created in collaboration with Dettol maker RB and the Mayo Clinic. Hilton CleanStay has been implemented across all 18 Hilton brands.
  • Hilton EventReady: Hilton has developed a global meetings and events program designed to create clean, flexible, safe and socially responsible experiences. Event planners and attendees expect a higher level of cleanliness than ever before and EventReady with CleanStay provides curated solutions and reimagined environments to meet and congregate safely and comfortably.
  • More flexible booking and cancellation policies: Hilton has introduced more flexible reservation and cancellation policies that provide greater travel flexibility by giving consumers the ability to change or cancel reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled day of arrival.
