In this role, you will support the marketing plan to drive demand and growth in North America and EMEA regions –
Email Campaigns –
- Coordinate data and your own email campaigns to customers, partners and prospects.
- Develop content for newsletters, webinars and development sequences.
- Coordinate product updates and release communications.
- Support the sales team in outbound email campaigns to drive lead generation.
- Main and test email flows – create, test, measure and improve.
- Monitor, test, report and iterate all of the above.
Social media –
- Develop organic social media strategy and manage and grow presence to drive engagement with target market.
- Develop a content calendar.
- Create compelling and engaging content.
- Increase social media presence, followers, brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor, test and report on performance.
Prospecting LinkedIn –
- Develop social selling models to support the sales team.
- Create lists in Sales Navigator based on the ideal customer profile and company personas.
- Monitor, test, report and iterate content.
Paid Media Campaigns –
- Optimization of advertising content and landing page content (Capterra, Google Ads, etc.).
- Constantly optimize and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor, test and iterate all of the above.
General –
- Research and identify relevant marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the VP Marketing and the digital marketing agency.
- Daily marketing and sales support tasks and coordination.
TERMS:
- Industry-relevant tertiary qualification.
- 2+ years of proven B2B SaaS digital marketing experience.
- B2B SaaS / FinTech experience.
- Demonstrable experience with social media, content, email campaigns and demand generation.
- Experience using content marketing personas and strategies to analyze campaign success.
- Lead generation through effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in A/B testing, analyzing and optimizing content, open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates across all digital marketing campaigns.
- Able to develop an organic social media strategy and manage and grow social media presence.
- Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation technologies such as HubSpot.
- Knowledge of GDPR and POPIA.
- Aware of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Availability to work flexible hours due to headquarters in the United States and relationships with partners and service providers in North America.
