SBDC will hold a virtual training on preparing a marketing plan | Business section

THE CNMI Small Business Development Center will host a free virtual training on how to prepare a marketing plan for new business owners and future business owners.

It will take place on Friday, November 19 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

SBDC aims to equip participants with the tools that will help them create and implement a marketing plan for their business and attract more customers.

The discussions will focus on the following questions:

• Why should small businesses prepare a marketing plan?

• To whom should you market your product or service?

•What type of marketing strategy should be put in place?

• How much should you spend on marketing?

• In which advertising medium should you market?

A marketing plan, according to SBDC, is a framework that will help you attract new customers, increase your brand exposure, and build credibility with your audience.
